She has worked as a consultant psychiatrist with the Institute for Psychological Health (Thane, Maharashtra) and has expertise in psychotherapies including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT). Dr. Jain has also conducted workshops on REBT as part of her work with IPH.
